How sad. Joseph H. Gardner, 26, of Kingston was let out on a $10,000 bail, while the prosecutors had sought a bail of up to $200,000. He was accused of raping a 6 year old girl on September 15. While on bail he went out an raped a second girl. This girl is 3 years old. I understand that judges are humans and make mistakes, but this was such a huge mistake.
